    Hugues brings more than 30 years’ experience in construction project development and management to his current role as Vice-President of Development at Westcliff. He holds a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering and a master’s degree in civil engineering project management and has played major roles in the completion of numerous large-scale projects for Magil Construction Corporation, SNC-Lavalin, and Axor Construction Canada Inc. A rigorous and unequivocal leader, Hugues communicates effectively to mobilize teams and successfully carry out his diverse mandates. He’s also a member of the OIQ, the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering, and the Quebec Building Envelope Council.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n <\/li>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n <\/ul>\r\n<\/div> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n\n\n

    Symphonia is transforming Nuns’ Island as the island is transforming itself. Its natural environment is becoming greener, and its golf course more environmentally friendly. Its improved road network is making it easier to access, notably with the new Champlain Bridge and improved public transport services. It’s even becoming more vibrant, with the arrival of restaurants and local shops, but it remains and will always remain an exceptionally peaceful place.<\/p>\n
