Westcliff collects your personal information in a variety of ways, including any interactions with Westcliff, our services, our websites, our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and\/or when you visit any of the properties owned and\/or managed by Westcliff, including the Head Office. In addition, properties owned and\/or managed by Westcliff, including the Head Office, and their parking lots are equipped with surveillance cameras, which may collect your image and\/or vehicle information (such as the model, make, year and license plate information) if applicable.<\/p>\n

By using Westcliff’s services, doing business with Westcliff and\/or visiting any of the properties owned and\/or managed by Westcliff, including the Head Office, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy as amended from time to time.\u00a0 When you subscribe to Westcliff’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and\/or click “Like” on said pages, you automatically give access to some of your personal information, which you have agreed to share via your public profile.<\/p>\n

When visiting any of the properties owned and\/or managed by Westcliff, the use of Wi-Fi is deemed to be consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy as amended from time to time.<\/p>\n

Westcliff retains your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, unless otherwise required by law.<\/p>\n
