Les Promenades Gatineau added to Westcliff portfolio

As of June 1, 2023, the management of Promenades Gatineau has been entrusted to Westcliff, marking the beginning of a new era for this renowned super-regional shopping centre.

Built in 1978 and fully renovated in 2014, this 840,000 sq. ft. complex is home to 145 top retailers, including Costco, The Bay, Simons, Marshall/Homesense, and Sports Experts. Food lovers will have plenty to choose from, with a 800-seat food court featuring 14 restaurants.

We want to thank everyone who contributed to this transaction. Through their tireless efforts, this collaboration promises to create long-term value and enhance Westcliff’s prestigious portfolio.
