Backed by almost 20 years’ experience in property management, Nicolas is currently Vice-President and Head of Leasing at Westcliff. Nicolas holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations, and first joined the company as General Manager in 2005. He was subsequently appointed Regional Director of Operations, before becoming Senior Director and Vice-President of the Leasing team. He has also held senior positions with other well-known groups, including Choice Properties Real Estate Investment Trust and Oxford Properties. Nicolas is recognized for his leadership, ambition, loyalty, and professionalism. Over the course of his career, he has served on a number of chamber of commerce boards.
