Hugues brings more than 30 years’ experience in construction project development and management to his current role as Vice-President of Development at Westcliff. He holds a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering and a master’s degree in civil engineering project management and has played major roles in the completion of numerous large-scale projects for Magil Construction Corporation, SNC-Lavalin, and Axor Construction Canada Inc. A rigorous and unequivocal leader, Hugues communicates effectively to mobilize teams and successfully carry out his diverse mandates. He’s also a member of the OIQ, the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering, and the Quebec Building Envelope Council.
