Introduction

Your continued use our services, websites, or social media platforms and/or should you visit any of the properties owned and/or managed by Westcliff, including the Head Office, after such changes are implemented, you acknowledge that you have read the revised Privacy Policy and consent and agree to be bound by it.

Collection

Westcliff collects your personal information in a variety of ways, including any interactions with Westcliff, our services, our websites, our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and/or when you visit any of the properties owned and/or managed by Westcliff, including the Head Office. Personal information collected may include, but is not limited to, the following information:

– Your mailing address.

– Your e-mail address.

– Your telephone number.

– Your date of birth.

– Any other information you may provide to us from time to time.

In addition, properties owned and/or managed by Westcliff, including the Head Office, and their parking lots are equipped with surveillance cameras, which may collect your image and/or vehicle information (such as the model, make, year and license plate information) if applicable.

Consent

By using Westcliff’s services, doing business with Westcliff and/or visiting any of the properties owned and/or managed by Westcliff, including the Head Office, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy as amended from time to time.  When you subscribe to Westcliff’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and/or click “Like” on said pages, you automatically give access to some of your personal information, which you have agreed to share via your public profile.

When visiting any of the properties owned and/or managed by Westcliff, the use of Wi-Fi is deemed to be consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy as amended from time to time.

Use

Westcliff uses your personal information for commercial purposes such as, but not limited to, the following:

Management and conduct of operations and activities.

Sending marketing content, such as newsletters and/or other types of promotions.

Market research.

Managing, maintaining and conserving employee files and/or candidate files for HR and recruitment purposes.

Monitoring the security of properties owned and/or managed by Westcliff, including the Head Office.

Compliance with our legal and/or other obligations.

Westcliff may need to disclose your personal information. The disclosure of such information is structured in a controlled process and occurs in, but is not limited to, the following situations:

With its service providers.

With a purchaser of Westcliff’s rights and/or interests or pursuant to any other business transaction.

Westcliff implements the appropriate administrative, technological, and physical security measures to protect your personal information from any unauthorized access, use, disclosure or modification of the personal information in its custody and control (collectively, “Unauthorized Uses”).

Westcliff employees and others who may have access to your personal information as provided by this Privacy Policy are required to maintain the confidentiality of such information. Westcliff implements technological systems, such as secure systems, firewalls, and other appropriate security measures to ensure the confidentiality of your personal information and to protect against any Unauthorized Uses.

However, while Westcliff implements these security initiatives, the risk of interception and/or hacking by third parties remains present for any information transmitted over the Internet, including information transmitted when connecting to a Wi-Fi network in any of the properties owned and/or managed by Westcliff. Westcliff does not assume any responsibility for any Unauthorized Use of information transmitted over the Internet.

Retention and destruction

Westcliff retains your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, unless otherwise required by law.

Persons under 18 years of age

The Westcliff websites are not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. Westcliff does not knowingly solicit or collect personal information on its websites and social media platforms from such persons.
